Apartment in Italy, Piombino, 120 sq m (1290 sq ft).

The apartment with an area of 120m2 and a height of almost 5m is located in a historic tenement house that was once part of the city's defensive complex, designed by Leonardo Da Vinci himself. Over the years, the building served as a monastery, prison and defensive tower of the city. 

The investor wanted us to work on high-quality, precious materials, incl. fusion black quartzite, silk wallpapers, unusual fabrics, wooden elements made of solid oak. The bathroom cabinet is made of American walnut. In the interior, we can find Omexco silk wallpapers, Glamora and Wonderwall wallpapers. Painting in the style of trompe l'oeil (en grisaille) inspired by Berlin sculptures depicting angels guarding the entrance to the bedroom. With modern accents, the Natutsi armchair designed by Paola Navone. Spanish lighting by Mariner. Axor basin mixers. Mosaics by Sicis. Cielo bathroom fittings. Harlequin and Dekoma Madern Classic fabrics. There was also a Monitor Audio sound system. Mahogany parquet floors have been sanded and whitened.
